Education

As an undergraduate, I studied mathematics, statistics, and physics. After that, I earned a master's in applied mathematics with research. I attended Keio University in Japan to earn my Ph.D. in engineering, majoring in scientific computing, computational fluid dynamics, and numerical simulations.

Experience

I have more than 18 years of teaching experience in schools, colleges, and universities. Five of those years were spent teaching in Canada. I tutor math at the junior, middle, and high school levels and the college and university levels as well. I also tutor in math/quantitative sections of all types of competitive exams such as GRE, GMAT, PATI, CFAT, ACT, etc. We can work together on anything from elementary math homework to GRE Subject Test in Math prep. I can make difficult math concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps. In test prep, we can study the material together until you feel confident going into test day.
