Education
I graduated from Hillfield Strathallan College in 2006 and I am currently completing my last semester at McMaster Univeristy in Hamilton. I am majoring in Cultural Anthropology and have already completed a minor in french.
Experience
My studies in Anthropology have given me the ability to better understand, relate to and connect with diverse groups of students. I have also developed exceptional interpretation, research, and writing skills throughout my studies in Anthropology. I love to read and write and considered English to be one of my strongest subjects in High School. At Hillfield I took advanced placement French and attended Glendon College, the bilingual campus of York University, for my first year. I then went on to continue my studies in French at McMaster University, and have now completed a minor in French. My diverse teachings in French will surely afford me the ability to teach French in a variety of different styles, depending on each student’s unique learning abilities. I also participated in an exchange to France, which afforded me the opportunity to experience French culture first hand. In addition to my education I have previous experience tutoring students of various ages. These previous opportunities taught me ideal ways to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to students, while catering to diverse learning styles.

Hobbies
I am a very positive, outgoing, reliable, organized,and patient individual. Traveling is my passion and my ultimate goal in life is to see the world! I also love sports such as baseball, swimming, rugby, and of course, hockey. For fun I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time in Toronto.
