Experience
I have been teaching literacy skills to students at all levels of their education for the past 10 years. I have worked with McMaster students and have had much success with this. I have also been an external tutor with Mohawk College the past 7 years. In addition to my university/college level academic tutoring, I also work privately with elementary and secondary students to improve their english skills. I enjoy tutoring because of its one-to-one nature. It enables me to truly delve into the learning needs and strengths of students and to build upon these.
