I have many years of Cooking experience which includes cooking demonstrations, showing people how to cook, both beginners and those that want to learn to cook something different. Menu planning and shopping hints goes along with that. I love showing people how easy it is to cook and how easy and inexpensive it can be to cook healthy. I have lots of patience with people when they are learning to cook and love seeing the look on their faces when they see how easy it really was.
